Itapororoca beach, one of Trancoso’s most special beaches, hides some refuges that invite you to immerse yourself in the unpretentious atmosphere of Bahia. One of the best examples is Villa 37, a house right on the sand with a delightful lawn as its centerpiece.

It is around it that the season continues in a rhythm of sun, shade and fresh water. The swimming pool, surrounded by the forest, is one of those places made for spending the day. But when you’re craving the sea, you’ll only have to take a few steps along a path surrounded by nature to find it.

Unpretentious and faithful to the rustic style that represents Trancoso so well, Villa 37 is literally a beach house.

• 50% for guaranteeing the stay
• 50% 30 days before the check-in

Cancellations:
• If cancellation is notified up to 90 days of the start date prior to check in – 50% of refund of the first installment.
• If cancellation is notified between 90 to 30 days of the start date prior to check in – 20% of refund of the first installment.
• If the cancellation is notified within 30 days of the start date prior to check in – No refund.
