About the house

Villa 15 in Trancoso was born from the desire to create a unique and deeply Brazilian space on a paradisiacal plot of land by the sea, on Itapororoca Beach, just 20 minutes from the Quadrado.

Inspired by a village in the Xingu, the house has as its centerpiece a large oca, built by the indigenous people themselves. The decor is ethnic and authentic, with handcrafted pieces that enhance the large living room integrated with the garden and extend to each of the suites.

The result is a house that balances rustic and simple style with the comfort of a contemporary residence, combined with a highly trained staff and the lush natural setting of an exclusive private condominium.

Payment and cancellation policies

Payment:
• 50% for guaranteeing the stay
• 50% 30 days before the check-in

Cancellations:
• If cancellation is notified up to 90 days of the start date prior to check in – 50% of refund of the first installment.
• If cancellation is notified between 90 to 30 days of the start date prior to check in – 20% of refund of the first installment.
• If the cancellation is notified within 30 days of the start date prior to check in – No refund.

Payment:
• 50% for guaranteeing the stay
• 50% 60 days before the check-in

Cancellations:
• 100% non refundable
