For those who can’t resist the good breeze of Bahia, but prefer more practical and compact hideaways, Villa 1 is a must. Overlooking the sea, the bungalow is part of a charming condominium which, in turn, is located in Outeiro das Brisas, a paradise between Caraíva and Trancoso.

After spending the day on the sand – villa 1 is 50 meters from the sea and has beach support – it’s the best place to relax with friends or family. New and very well cared for, the bungalow has a veranda overlooking the hillside and integrated into the kitchen, which makes for delicious evenings.

• 50% 30 days before the check-in

Cancellations:

• If cancellation is notified up to 90 days of the start date prior to check in – 50% of refund of the first installment.
• If cancellation is notified between 90 to 30 days of the start date prior to check in – 20% of refund of the first installment.
• If the cancellation is notified within 30 days days of the start date prior to check in agreement – No refund.
