Imagine waking up to the sound of waves lapping against the rocks and the beach below: this is one of the highlights of spending a season in Villa 19. Overlooking the sea, this 813m² villa has bedrooms in stylish, understated bungalows.

The central bungalow has bright, airy living spaces, an open plan kitchen, a deck area overlooking the sea and a gorgeous pool. The villa´s décor is unpretentious and full of character, with Brazilian and Scandinavian touches throughout and pieces of art and furniture designed by Brazilian artists and local artisans.

The villa is part of the neighboring Hotel Barracuda, one of the best hotels in the area.

Payment and cancellation policies

For cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the check-in date, a fee of 5% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

For cancellations between 90 to 30 days, a fee of 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged

There is no refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date.

In case of no show, there will be no refund of the amount paid and the Villa will be released for new reservations from 10 am on the day after the check in date

In case of early departure, the total amount of accommodation will be charged.

For the New Year’s Eve period, cancellation with less than 90 days in advance will result in the charge of the total amount of accommodation.
