If you wish to forget about the outside world and spend a holiday by the sea in total privacy, then villa 28 ticks those boxes. It is located on a private beach in Frade Condominium on a 30,000 m2 beachside property which is surrounded by lush virgin Atlantic rainforest. The house has been built around large granite rocks which can be seen in the living areas and bathrooms.

There are 12 en-suite bedrooms across two annexes, making this the ideal place for large families or groups of friends. Guests have the use of kayaks, paddle boards and a private pier. There is also a sauna, a pool carved into rock and a pop-up volleyball court. Guests can also find some facilities at the Condominium, as Hotel Fasano and its boulevard, which are just a few minutes from the villa,

• If cancellation is notified up to 90 days of the start date prior to check in – 50% of refund of the first installment.
• If cancellation is notified between 90 to 30 days of the start date prior to check in – 20% of refund of the first installment.
• If the cancellation is notified within 30 days of the start date prior to check in – No refund
