As well as the beach and sea, guests can also enjoy the villa´s gorgeous pool, hot tub, beach tennis and volleyball courts and games room. There are four comfortable en-suite bedrooms, including one in its own bungalow a few steps from the sea.

Villa 5 is one of our rare finds. For starters its location is very special; it is located on a large property in Icaraizinho de Amontada, a beautiful cove between Fortaleza and Jericoacoara. It has good wind for kitesurfers but it also has a more protected area for those who enjoy swimming in calm sea.
There are seven en-suite bedrooms spread across three bungalows, a swimming pool and a bar area near the beach and beach volleyball court. It is more than just a house, it is like a small farm next to the sea. The owners breed a variety of animals including peacocks, tortoises, rabbits and chickens which roam freely around the property.
Children love it here…as well as the animals there is a play park and a lake where you can fish for Tilapia. At low tide children can enjoy the natural sea pools which form in front of the house.
The village of Icaraizinho de Amontada is charming and has an array of restaurants and shops.

Villa 10 takes you back in time to Brazil´s 19th century colonial past. This grand mansion is located on a farm which was an important sugar and coffee plantation from the 1800s onwards. The property also has the second most important historical sugar mill in Brazil. Nowadays the farm breeds Mangalarga Marchador horses.
Every detail of this house is impressive and it is one of the most extraordinary rural properties in Brazil. It has been impeccably renovated both externally and internally and decorated tastefully with period furniture, carpets, rare porcelain objects and other period pieces.
There are a range of activities which match the relaxed nature of this farm: pool, hot tub, sauna, barbecue area, games room, and a cosy sitting room with a fireplace. There is of course the option to go horse riding. This is a great way to explore the area which is surrounded by lush green vegetation so typical of the Paty do Alferes carioca region.
