Access to the villas can only be made by boat across the beautiful emerald green waters of Paraty´s bay. This beautifully restored colonial house is situated in the middle of Largo do Rosário. The original façade and walls of the house have been preserved while the interiors have been given a more contemporary touch which makes this a charming, cosy house.

The property also has the second most important historical sugar mill in Brazil. Nowadays the farm breeds Mangalarga Marchador horses.
