Villa 2 de Búzios is located on the seafront in Manguinhos, an excellent beach for wind sports, a 15-minute drive from the trendy centre of Búzios, which has charming restaurants, shops and bars in its cobbled streets.
With its beachy style, super charming and cosy, you can see the appreciation in every detail, such as the impeccable garden and the arrangement of each piece of furniture and decorative object, which bring comfort and practicality to the house.

Our villa 2 in Campos do Jordão is the perfect refuge for Family trips or special moments between friends.
Recently restored, the house – with a privileged location on the top of the “Elefante hill” – boasts a garden, is surrounded by araucarias and views to the mountains of Campos do Jordão. Besides all the tranquility provided, the center of the city, which is full of great restaurants and bar, is just two miles away.
There are 8 ensuites in total, all with great décor, that fit up to 20 people. The main living room has a beautiful view to the forest and the “gourmet room” is integrated with the living room and great to gather everyone.
The external areas have 2 decks, perfect for enjoying some outdoors time. One of them has sunbeds and an hot tub and the other one with barbecue, external fireplace and a very cozy atmosphere. The lot also has a very spacious shed where the heated pool, sauna, snooker and soccer table.
There’s wifi, apple TV, draft beer machine, barbecue, pizza oven and coffee machine available for the guests.
For those who like cycling, the house offers 6 mountain bikes so they can adventure themselves around the area.
Besides all that, the staff, composed by a cook and a housekeeper, are always doing their best to cater the guests’ every need. An extra housekeeper is hired in case the house is at full capacity.

You only need a few minutes in Villa 11 before you realise why the owners of this house fell in love with Paraty back in the 1960s.
The villa has three suites and is located 10 minutes by boat from Paraty’s historic centre. It is surrounded by lush Atlantic rainforest and a magical garden, with an abundance of native trees and tropical flowers. There are two hiking trails within the property which take in the ruins of an imperial fort with its original canons and a 360 degree view of the bay of Paraty.
The villa’s landlord owns the well known Pousada do Sandi in Paraty’s historical centre. The internal décor is tasteful and stylish with floor to ceiling windows which show off the spectacular tropical rainforest and emerald green sea.
