Spending time in São Paulo’s peaceful countryside – where sunny days tend to be the norm – is always rejuvenating, especially in a cosy and well-appointed house such as Villa 19.

Set within the exclusive Terras de São José I condominium in Itu, this villa is perfect for enjoying quality time with family or friends. Guests can enjoy an open-plan layout that brings together inviting spaces such as the gourmet kitchen, large living areas, and a spacious veranda that leads out to a beautifully landscaped garden and a gorgeous swimming pool. The villa features five en-suite bedrooms and two TV rooms, including a cosy upstairs area for quiet moments of reflection.

If you wish to bring a group of friends to a stunning location in a beautiful house, we suggest combining Villa 11 and 14.

One side of the property has a overlooking the beautiful bay and the other side of the property has a gorgeous colonial style farmhouse with tasteful interiors boasting gorgeous Brazilian art and furniture.

Access to the villas can only be made by boat across the beautiful emerald green waters of Paraty´s bay. Once at this paradise location, we suggest you enjoy everything it has to offer, from lazy days on the beach to walks through the villa´s stunning tropical gardens (which boast the ruins of an Imperial Portuguese fort), as well as making use of the sauna. Pizza nights and barbecues in the outdoor eating area are a must.

Serra da Mantiqueira, Villa 15

Tucked away in a lush green forest in São Francisco Xavier, Villa 15 is a special retreat – it offers an elegant blend of greenery, wood, and glass – designed for those who love the beauty of the Mantiqueira Mountains. 

Access to the villa is along a dirt road through a more remote part of the region. Once there, all you will want to do is fully immerse yourself in mountain living. 

The villa has a pool overlooking the green mountains and cosy bedrooms with fireplaces for colder days. And if you are in the mood for some outdoor activity, you can go on the Rio da Pedra trek or enjoy a peaceful walk by the lake. 

Villa 15 is the perfect place for enjoying time away with your favourite people, it offers everything you need for a relaxing family holiday – from total tranquility to creature comforts and the constant soothing sounds of the forest. 

Serra da Mantiqueira, Villa 18

Villa 18 is located near São Bento do Sapucaí and is 40 minutes from Campos do Jordão. It is the perfect place from which to enjoy a unique experience in the Brazilian mountains.

The design of this house resembles a converted barn which has been clad in steel and surrounded by glass. This special contemporary design was masterminded by Marcio Kogan. The interior décor has a myriad of homely details which makes this a very cosy retreat surrounded by green hills.

In addition, the house is set in a large magical garden, with buttercups, hydrangeas, bromeliads and other flowers typical of the region.

Serra Fluminense, Villa 09

A stay at Villa 9, a gorgeous retreat, surrounded by the Atlantic Rainforest in the interior of the state of Rio de Janeiro, feels like stepping back in time.

The setting includes a fully renovated mansion, dating back to 1750, the height of Brazil’s imperial period. Located in the Coffee Valley along the Paraíba River (in the state of Rio de Janeiro), rare artefacts can be found in every corner of the villa – such as the largest handmade rug by artisan Concessa Colasso and paintings by Debret.

The property offers a wide range of activities for all ages and interests, making it easy to forget the world outside. Highlights include a golf course, a swimming pool, and hiking trails.

Surrounded by imperial palms and impeccably maintained, the estate is also home to an award-winning cachaça which is exclusively exported, but generously shared with guests. Meals are cooked using fresh, homegrown vegetables from the villa’s garden and the talented chef prepares authentic and delicious local dishes.

Spending a season in our villa 23 is a special experience, the kind that transports you to another time. Located in Sousas, near Campinas, the property is an old coffee farm that has undergone an impeccable restoration.

The historic mansion has been well maintained and full of charm, but the grounds, surrounded by greenery as far as the eye can see, have been given an annex with a large leisure area and various attractions where you can literally forget about the hectic life going on outside.

All this without counting the many ways to explore the magical scenery that frames the horizon, at a slow travel pace, as a season in nature demands.

Trancoso Villa 55

Newly built villa 55 is located in Altos de Trancoso condominium on a cliff with stunning sea views. It is one of the most special villas in our portfolio.

This is the perfect house to unwind in…whether swimming in the pool, using the gym, playing pool or merely relaxing in the garden. You can even watch the beautiful pink sun rise from every room in the house.

When the sun has set you can sit by the fire pit in the garden, watching the gentle come and go of the sea, while sipping a refreshing caipirinha. The staff are extremely attentive, who bakes fresh bread daily as well as preparing delicious pizzas cooked in the wood burning oven.

The icing on the cake is the villa´s décor, with its modern pieces of art and local artefacts which combined with the subtle lighting blend seamlessly into the living areas and the bedrooms – by the way, the master suite is really very special.
